Application Form

As a prerequisite, we send a Job Application Form (JAF) for you to fill in complete details regarding your personal and professional background. This form helps us know you better, identify your strengths, understand your interests, and gauge our fitment for each other.

Online Assessment

Once you fill out the JAF, the next step is an online aptitude test. The purpose of this test is to understand your level of proficiency in logical reasoning and communication. Your performance in this assessment will help us further shortlist your candidature.

Role-Specific Assessment

Role-specific assessment functions as an objective process to understand how well your skills and experience align with the role. It helps us evaluate your problem-solving skills relative to the role you have applied for. The assessment helps us test your knowledge, experience (if applicable) and disposition, when presented with a business problem or challenge.

Interviews

Depending on the role you have applied for, our subject experts at TresVista will evaluate your skills, work experience, past projects, and your understanding of recent trends and industry developments. The interview also presents you with an opportunity to understand your fit into the company culture and job profile. We encourage you to understand how we function, our expectations, and the scope of your job role. The exact structure of these interviews depends on your department and the vertical you apply to.
